About us

An independent wholesale voice carrier — no grey routes, no games.

We built VoxioTelecom because CLI delivery in wholesale is broken. Our answer: label every route honestly and enforce it contractually.

Built by carrier engineers

Our team has spent the last 15 years operating class-4 softswitches, SBCs and least-cost routing engines for European Tier-2 carriers. We know exactly where CLI gets lost — and we designed our platform to prevent it.

VoxioTelecom operates its own SBC estate in Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Ashburn, with direct SIP peering to more than 60 Tier-1 and Tier-2 partners.

VoxioTelecom infrastructure

Transparency first

Every destination has a labelled route class. What you see in the rate deck is what you get on the wire — audited hourly.

Engineering-led

Our NOC and routing team are on the same Slack channel as our customers. No account-manager filter, no ticket queue.

Regulated & compliant

GDPR, ISO 27001 aligned, STIR/SHAKEN-ready. Compliant with EU and US caller ID regulation, licensed where required.

Four engineers from a Tier-2 European carrier, tired of explaining why customer caller IDs kept disappearing.

    First SBC in Frankfurt

Interconnected with 12 EU Tier-1 partners. First 100M minutes routed.

  4. 2024

    1 billion minutes / year
