Route classes, made explicit
You choose exactly which class each traffic profile takes. Route selection can be based on destination prefix, source trunk or a header.
Premium CLI routes
Original caller ID preserved from your PBX all the way to the terminating operator. This is the default for the majority of our A-Z destinations.
- Direct Tier-1 interconnects
- ASR > 55% / ACD > 4 min targets
- Priority NOC & SLA reporting
- Anti-CLI-refile enforcement
Standard routes
Cost-optimized capacity for traffic that is not sensitive to caller ID display. Used only for destinations where CLI cannot be guaranteed.
- Best-effort caller ID
- Lower per-minute rate
- Ideal for notifications / IVR
- Same platform, same monitoring
Platform
Carrier-grade infrastructure operated by the engineers who designed it. Active-active SBCs, deterministic routing, and independent monitoring on every leg.
Redundant SBCs
Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Ashburn. Active-active with sub-second failover.
SIP over TLS 1.3
SRTP media, IP or digest auth. IPv4 and IPv6 signaling.
LCR + quality routing
Per-destination profile weighted by ASR, ACD and CLI-delivery.
Anti-fraud engine
Realtime velocity, country and destination-type filters. Auto-block on anomaly.
