Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026. These terms govern your use of VoxioTelecom services.

This page is maintained by VoxioTelecom Ltd. to describe the terms under which we provide wholesale voice termination and related portal services.

1. Definitions

"VoxioTelecom", "we", "us" refers to VoxioTelecom Ltd., the operator of the Service.

"Customer", "you" refers to the legal entity or individual holding an account.

"Service" refers to wholesale voice termination, SIP trunking, the customer portal and any related APIs.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, in particular where we detect fraud, abuse, or activity in breach of these terms or of our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Prepaid billing

The Service is prepaid. Calls are billed per second with a 1-second minimum. Rates are those published in the portal at the time the call is placed. We may revise rates at any time; decreases apply immediately, increases with at least 14 days' notice.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused balance does not expire while your account remains active but may be forfeited after 12 months of inactivity.

4. Cryptocurrency payments

Top-ups are processed by third-party crypto payment processor Plisio. Confirmation times depend on the underlying blockchain. We are not liable for network fees, chain reorganisations, or losses caused by sending funds to an incorrect address or after an invoice has expired.

5. Service levels

We target 99.95% platform availability measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance. Refer to our SLA for credits and exclusions.

6. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited traffic includes but is not limited to: robocalling in violation of local law, spoofed CLI to defraud recipients, traffic to premium-rate or artificially-inflated destinations, and any traffic that violates telecom regulation in origin or destination jurisdictions.

7. Caller ID (CLI)

You are responsible for ensuring that CLI you present is either owned by you, delegated to you in writing, or otherwise lawful in the destination country. Premium CLI routes carry a contractual guarantee that we will not strip or modify the CLI you present, subject to destination-carrier acceptance.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts paid by you to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of revenue.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by closing the account or sending written notice. We may suspend service immediately for non-payment, fraud, or breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
