Step 2 — Open the top-up page
Go to Funds → Add funds in the portal. Select your currency:

Step 3 — Send the payment
The system generates a unique deposit address with an exact amount. Send the payment from your wallet or exchange:
- Copy the address (or scan the QR code).
- Double-check the network — sending TRC-20 to a BEP-20 address (or vice versa) is the #1 cause of lost funds in crypto payments.
